When will my order ship?

We do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We can guarantee that your order will be shipped within 3 business days and will therefore arrive within 4 business days. In reality, we often see it ship much sooner because we want you to enjoy your PickPocket boxers as soon as possible.

How much are the shipping costs?

We charge €3.99 for shipping. However, shipping is free for orders over €30.00.

How does the return process work?

Returns are certainly possible, but it's a sensitive topic because we're talking about boxers. We want to keep the process 100% hygienic, so it's not possible to return opened packaging. However, you can return your closed order within 21 days. We do not reimburse return costs. If you want to return your order, please send an email to contact@pickpocketwear.nl. You won't have to wait for a response; you can simply send your order directly to our address. Your refund will be processed once we receive your order.

Yes! All boxers have pockets, and these are specifically designed to hold a phone.

Yes, that's true. Comfort is, of course, a subjective matter, but we spent months testing with scientists wearing white coats in labs until we found the ultimate formula: The perfect boxer!

As a company, we believe in delivering the best possible quality. Therefore, we sell only 100% cotton boxers. We also import our boxers from Pakistan, where we pay our suppliers a fair price. Naturally, no child labor is involved in this process. All employees at the factory in Pakistan also receive a fair wage.
